Shipping Policy – LAURELIA

We ship orders throughout Israel.

Estimated delivery time within Israel is generally 6–14 business days from the date the order is confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, or holiday eves.

Shipping within Israel is free, according to the shipping options available at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and phone number.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to shipping carriers, holidays, high demand, weather conditions, security situations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, failure to respond, or failure to collect the package on time, additional delivery arrangements may be required.
